Have life’s stress-producing and often unpleasant tasks taken the majority of time you and your partner now share?  Do you rarely  experience the fun side of your partner anymore?   No matter how much we love each other these things can get in the way.  These interactions may be so unpleasant that your feelings about your partner take on much of that negativity.  These feelings can blind us to the things that attracted us to our partner in the first place!  If any of these might describe your situation– read on.

Think back. Remember how much you loved the times you spent laughing and playing together.  Remember sharing the positive energy that flowed from that laughter.  You and your partner still have those fun & playful sides.    What you need are some ideas and strategies on how to keep playing & laughing, so that the other “important stuff” in your life doesn’t overwhelm your relationship.  Are you ready to do something to re-focus your energies on experiencing the beauty & innocence of your partner’s laughter again?

I can help you to re-kindle the wonderful loving feelings that first brought you together.   I’ll teach you simple, easy to use games and activities that you and your partner can do in the privacy of your home.  Wouldn’t it be great to be a couple who can use laughter to help deal with life’s stress-producing situations?   Remember, “Couples who laugh together, last together.”

Open your heart—and let the magic of laughter help you create a closer, more loving relationship.   As comedian Milton Berle said, “Laughter is an instant vacation!”  Take your vacation now!

Recently medical researchers have begun to investigate laughter’s effects on the human body. Laughter has been shown to lower blood levels of the stress hormone Cortisol.  This literally dissolves your tension.  Laughter causes a dramatic rise in the release of the body’s natural feel-good drug, endorphins (more powerful than morphine or cocaine) into the bloodstream.  It boosts the immune system by increased production of T-cells (used to fight disease & infection.)  Laughter lowers inhibitions and promotes a sense of connectedness between people (i.e., you & your partner!)  Every one of the many effects discovered by research studies so far improves and enhances our lives!   An old Yiddish proverb says, “What soap is to the body, laughter is to the soul.”

*Laughter therapy is intended to enhance & complement other therapies—not to replace them.
